CAMPBELL COUNTY CITIZENS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Campbell County Board of Supervisors will hold PUBLIC HEARINGS on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, Haberer Building, Rustburg, Virginia on the following ZONING matters: PL-20-229 Request by Tom DeWitt, agent for Cunningham Brothers Enterprises LLC, to rezone property located at 21290 Timberlake Road from Business General Commercial to Business Heavy Commercial to allow for operation as a rebuilder. The property is located in an area designated as medium to high density commercial and medium to high density residential per the current Comprehensive Plan. PL-20-239 Request by Charles Hall to rezone property located at 76 Crescent Hill Drive from Agricultural to Residential Multi Family to allow for a duplex on a new parcel. The property is located in an area designated as medium to high density residential per the current Comprehensive Plan. PL-20-256 Request by Impact Power Solutions, agent for Braye Foree Land LLC, for a special use permit to construct a solar energy facility on property zoned Agricultural. The property is located on tax map parcel 74-4-1 on Brookneal Highway in an area designated transitional per the current Comprehensive Plan. During the public hearings, concerns from interested citizens supporting or opposing these matters will be solicited.
