NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Lynchburg Board of Zoning Appeals will hold public hearings in the City Council Chambers, 1st Floor, City Hall, 900 Church Street, Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at 9:30 a.m. regarding the following matter: (1) Mr. Ricky Donald, owner of 521 B Leesville Road, is appealing the Zoning Administrator's determination regarding Section 35.2-60.2(b) and Section 35.2-90.4(a) of the zoning ordinance. Section 35.2-60.2(b) states that no development approval shall be issued for any land use or struc- ture unless the lot on which such land use is to be established or such structure is to be built has frontage providing access on at least one dedicated, improved street extending across the entire front of the lot where right-of-way extends along the property line. Section 35.2-90.4(a) states that a building or a structure shall not be enlarged, extended, re constructed or structurally altered, unless the use therein is changed to a conforming use or the use in the enlargement or extension is a conform- ing use.
