ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, City of Danville, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the City of Danville, Virginia, described as follows: Tax Map No. 061 l-005-000023.000 Account No. 52841 All that certain lot or parcel of land, together with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in the City of Danville, Virginia and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron on the northern margin of Edgewood Drive as shown on map hereinafter referred to; thence along said northern margin of Edgewood Drive N. 77° 34' W. 7.5 feet to an iron; N. 76° 11' W. 25 feet to an iron; N. 74° 48' W. 17.5 feet to an iron; thence leaving said Edgewood Drive N. 12° 25' E. 164.23 feet to an iron in margin of right of way of Southern Railway Company; thence along said right of way of Southern Railway Company, N. 67° 53' E. 61 feet to an iron; thence leaving said right of way S. 12° 31' W. 200.41 feet to an iron in northern margin of Edgewood Drive and the point of beginning; being designated as Lot Bon Map Showing Survey of Lots for W.W. Wentz, August 16, 1957, by E. L. Moore, C. L. S., of record in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of the City of Danville, Virginia in Deed Book 325 at Page 460. And being the same property conveyed to Bernice Dillard Lakey and Frances Howell Lakey, as tenants by the entirety from Philip D. Grogan and Angerlean E. Grogan by Deed dated February I 0, 1970 and recorded February 18, 1970 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Danville, Virginia in Deed Book 477 at Page 266. This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described. IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Bernice Dillard Lakey, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 122 S. Byrd Street, Eden , North Carolina 27288; Frances Howell Lakey, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 122 S. Byrd Street, Eden, North Carolina 27288; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before Apr i 1 6, 2021 in the Clerk ' s Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Danville, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
