The Lynchburg Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 6th, at 9:30 a.m. in the 1st Floor Conference Room, 900 Church Street regarding the following matter: Mr. Barry Agnew, the owner of 1003 Rivermont Avenue, has applied for a variance to Section 35.2-61.3(e)(5)(a)(v) of the Lynchburg zoning ordinance. The variance requested is for a fence to exceed the maximum height of four (4) feet abutting a street. The petitioner is requesting that the height be allowed to increase to six (6) feet.
