NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE OF 200 Blick Lane, Howardsville, Virginia 24562 (Nelson Co., VA) In execution of a deed of trust, from WANDA MAE JOHNSON, a/k/a Wanda Johnson and CHARLES DWIGHT JOHNSON, JR., a/k/a Charles Johnson, dated November 15, 2018, in the principal amount of $124,082.25, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the County of Nelson, Virginia, as Instrument Number 180002574, Seth E. Twery, P.C. having been appointed Sole Acting Trustee pursuant to the terms of the aforesaid deed of trust, due to default in payment of the debt secured, the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in front of the Courthouse for the Circuit Court of Nelson County, Virginia on the 2nd day of August, 2021, at 10:45 a.m. that certain tract of real estate known as 200 Blick Lane, Howardsville, Virginia 24562 situated in the County of Nelson, Virginia, being more particularly described as follows: All that certain lot or parcel of land containing 10.41 acres by survey, lying in the Schuyler Magisterial District of Nelson County, Virginia, more particularly shown and described as Lot 14 of 10.41 acres, more or less, in Phase I of Highland on the James, and being more fully shown and described on a plat of survey dated March 18, 1985, prepared by Allen M. Hale, C.L.S., a copy of said plat being recorded in the Nelson County Circuit Court Clerk's Office in Plat Book 15, pages 99 and 100. TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO a non-exclusive right of way 50 feet in width as shown on said plat which right of way leads from the subject property and the other lands of Highland on the James to State Route 626 which right of way as above described shall be an appurtenance to and run with the land.
