TRUSTEE'S SALE 665 Leesville Rd Lynchburg, VA 24502 In execution of the Deed of Trust dated April 14, 2003 and recorded on April 15, 2003 in Instrument # 030004499 of the City of Lynchburg land records, Trustee Services of Virginia, LLC, the appointed Substitute Trustee, will offer for sale at public auction at the front of the Circuit Court for the City of Lynchburg, 900 Court Street, at Lynchburg, Virginia on March 2, 2023 at 03:00 PM the property more particularly described in the aforementioned Deed of Trust, located at the property address listed below and briefly identified as follows: That certain tract or parcel of ground, together with all improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City of Lynchburg, Virginia, fronting 75 feet (heretofore erroneously written 70 feet) on the east side of Leesville Road, described as beginning at a point on the easterly line of Leesville Road 200 feet south of the line between the properties now or formerly owned by J.T. Thompson and N.G. Webb; said point being the dividing line between Parcel No. 2 and Parcel No. 3 on a plat dated March 29, 1926, made by H.G. Garland, C.E. and of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Campbell, Virginia, in Plat Book 3, page 61; thence continuing along the easterly line of Leesville Road S. 2 degrees 45' W, a distance of 75 feet to a point in the dividing line between the property conveyed to Yeatts Construction Corp. By Clarence L. Wade and wife, by deed dated May 18, 1976 and of record in said Clerk's Office; thence running back an even width between parallel lines, the northern line being the dividing line between Lots Nos. 2 and 3 on said plat and the southern line being the dividing line between the property conveyed by Clarence L. Wade and wife N. 87 degrees 30' E. to the rear line of Lot No. 3 as shown on said plat; LESS AND EXCEPTING, HOWEVER, a small portion thereof heretofore conveyed to the Commonwealth of Virginia for widening Leesville Road. It being the same property conveyed unto R. SCHAEFER OGLESBY, by R. SCHAEFER OGLESBY and MARY D. OGLESBY, by Deed of Assumption dated August 15, 1993, recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office for the City of Lynchburg, Virginia, in Deed Book 882, page 757.
