TRUSTEE'S SALE 100 Polk Street, Lynchburg, Virginia 24504 Parcel ID: 00914001 Pursuant to the terms of a deed of trust dated October 22, 2003, in the original principal amount of $57,200.00, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Lynchburg, Virginia, as Instrument Number 030013174, the property briefly described below will be offered for sale at public auction: Beginning at 1st Street and thence, with Polk Street, 31 feet towards 2nd Street; and extending along 1st Street 108 feet 10" towards Jackson Street and more particularly as shown on plat of survey entitled "Plat Showing Resurvey of #100 Polk Street, City of Lynchburg, Virginia", recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 991, Page 731, and as more particularly described in the reference deed of trust. The sale will take place on DECEMBER 3, 2021, AT 1:00 P.M., at the front entrance to the building housing the Circuit Court of the City of Lynchburg, located at 900 Court Street, Lynchburg, VA. The undersigned reserves the right to suspend bidding and/or to adjourn the bidding prior to the completion of sale.
