Trustee's Sale 826 Edmonds Street, Danville, Virginia 24541 (Parcel ID: 51949; Tax Map No.: 44-4-38) Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated July 12, 2014, in the original principal amount of $23,656.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Danville, Virginia in Instrument No. 140002460, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on March 12, 2021, at 2:00 pm, in front of the building housing the City of Danville Circuit Court, 401 Patton Street, at the entrance facing Patton Street, Danville, VA 24543, the property designated as fronting 200 ft. on W side of Edmonds St., and running back between parallel lines 211.8 ft. ± on the S and 211.8 ft. ± on the N to a rear line of 200 ft., being Lots 22 and 23 as shown on map of Luna Lake Property recorded in the Pittsylvania County Circuit Court Clerk's Office in Map Book 1, at Page 76. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises.
