Police violence in Kenya: President William Ruto promises reform

Since Kenya's new president William Ruto came to power two months ago, he has ordered major reforms of the police forces. The Special Service Unit was disbanded in October after allegations of extrajudicial killings and disappearances. But accusations continue to surface. Human rights groups say nearly 1,300 Kenyans have been killed by the police since 2007. Our team reports from Nairobi.
