LOVINGSTON — As more than 500 fans crammed into the bleachers at Nelson County High School to support their program in a 1-0 victory over Gate City in the girls soccer VHSL Class 2 state quarterfinals on Tuesday, the Lady Governors took in their support with awe, and their fair share of nerves.
